Submitting a Grant Proposal

The main focus of The Christopher D. Smithers Foundation, Inc. is in the field of alcoholism prevention and education. If you wish to submit a grant proposal, please include the following information:

• A letter of introduction addressed to:

• Include a brief description of your program and the grant amount requested (budget).
